The Beyonce Diet or Master Cleanse is a type of liquid mono-diet. It was invented more than 70 years ago by Stanley Burroughs and became popular again when Beyonce had incredible results with the diet, following childbirth. This diet is also called Master Cleanse or Lemonade Diet.
What is the Beyonce Diet exactly?
For one thing, it is a strict diet. You won’t eat for between 3 to 10 days and you get to drink a special lemonade type drink. You also drink herbal laxative tea twice per day to clean the gastrointestinal tract.
It takes strong willpower to follow such a diet, but if you can, you will see great results.
This diet is recommended for you if you are in good health.

The Beyonce Diet Lemonade Recipe

Breakfast: 1 glass of orange or grapefruit juice
Lunch: 1 cup of veggie soup with some vegetables
Dinner: 1 cup of fruit salad of your choice without dressing

Breakfast: 2-3 apples and 3-5 crackers made with oat flour
Lunch: 2-3 apples and 3-5 crackers made with oat flour
