Many people struggle with weight loss and need low calorie diet plans to help them lose weight.

Since the 1200 calorie diet is very popular there are two weeks of the 1200 calorie diet included.If you want to lose weight faster then try the diet plans with the least calories.

Low calorie diet plans under 1200 calories should not be followed for longer then a few weeks without speaking to a doctor or weight loss professional.
