The best liver cleanse diet I have seen so far is the fat flush diet plan, created by Ann Louise Gittleman Ph.D., C.N.S. It was designed to cleanse out the liver in order to help the body burn fat and calories more efficently.
The fat flush plan is not just a weight loss diet it also shows you how to improve your health while losing weight. It is a healthy liver diet and weight loss program all in one.
It is a three phase diet plan that is made up of:

This phase is basically the life-time maintenance program for lifetime weight loss. It offers over 1800 calories a day and is designed to increase your vitality and well being for life.
Phase 3 is more appropriate for both pregnant and breast feeding women because of the higher calorie and calcium content. In this phase you will be adding back up to two dairy products as well as two more carbs.
As in phase two you will add these foods one at a time to make sure you can tolerate them without any allergic reactions.
