Juicing and good health go together and for most people being healthy is important. A juicing cleanse is one way to achieve optimum health and on top of that juicing can be used to drop weight pretty darn fast!

When To Do A Juicing Cleanse
This runs from about March 10th to April 1st in the spring and between September 11th to October 2nd in the fall. Spring fasts are great using lemons or greens or a combo of both. Spring Juicing Cleanse
- 2 tbsps fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 8 -10 ounces of spring water
Mix up and drink up to 12 glasses a day. This is the only thing you should eat or drink other than water, herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint tea. You can also drink any herbal laxative tea you like.
Fresh fruit juice or fresh vegetable juice can be diluted with an equal amount of water can stimulate the body to cleanse itself.
Some good vegetable juices to use are carrots, juicing beets, celery and greens. You can also make soup broths by boiling an assortment of vegetables like potato, carrot, celery, peppers, turnip, squash or any other vegetable.
You then strain the vegetables out (reserving for later to use in soups or stews) and drink the leftover water. The leftover water is full of vitamins and minerals and will induce cleansing. In the fall a fast of 3 to 5 days can be done, by using either water or a variety of freshly squeezed juices.

Autumn Juicing Cleanse

- 3 cups spring water
- 1 tbsp. of fresh ginger root
- 1-2 stalks green onion, chopped up
- cilantro to taste, chopped up
- a pinch of two of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps. of olive oil
- the juice or 1 lemon
Start by boiling the water and adding the ginger root. Simmer 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Add green onion, cilantro, cayenne , oil and the lemon juice.
