- 4 ounces fresh green beans
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 tsps. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper or too taste
- 7-8 cups mixed greens torn up
- 2 medium carrots shaved in thin slices
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper cut in slivers
- 3/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 3 radishes
- 2 cups small cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup low fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Preheat your grill.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Brush chicken with olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with garlic and pepper.

- Put greens on a plate and place the other fresh vegetables on top.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2-3 large sprigs fresh rosemary or 1 tbsp. dried
- pepper to taste
Using a shallow dish arrange your chicken in a singe layer. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken turning two or three times to coat chicken.
Sprinkle rosemary over the chicken. If using fresh rosemary, separate the needles from the stems.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes of cover and put in the fridge for 4 hours or more.
