Weight Loss Tips For 1200 Calorie Diet Plans

Always check labels when you buy pre packaged foods to make sure you buy low calorie and low fat items for the following menus. (this is a must if you want to meet the total calorie count for each menu).

Use cooking spray to cook omelettes and fry foods when possible. This really helps cut the calories when cooking or frying

When dipping veggies or making sandwiches make sure you don’t use a lot of mayo,dressing, dip, butter or margarine.

Day 2

Breakfast

Snack

1 medium fruit of choice (80)

Dinner

  • 1 3 oz boneless chicken breast  (honey mustard chicken recipe) (120)
  • 1 small baked potatoe with a dab of sour cream  (130)
  •  corn on the cob if in season or canned peaches and cream corn (75)

  • Sweet and sour tofu stir fry recipe
  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles (180)
  • 1 cup steamed greens (15)

Snack

  • popcorn air popped 2 cups (60)

Dinner

  • 1 frozer fish stick (such as capt highliner)(160)
