Day 1


  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice whole grain toast pat of butter
  • 1 small fruit of your choice lemon water



  • Roast beef sandwich, 3 oz roast beef, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mustard or horseradish on 2 slices whole-grain rye bread lemon water


  • 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • fruit of your choice


  • Veggie Burger (put 1 store bought soy burger inside a 6 inch whole wheat pita. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and relish if desired
  • 1 or 2 cups mixed greens with low fat dressing of choice under 50 calories for 1 or 2 tbsp lemon water

total calories = 1266   (make sure you check the calories in your salad dressing and be sure it does not exceed 40 calories per tbsp.)

78   boiled egg

77   1 whole grain toast

80   fruit of your choice

100  roast beef 3 oz

154   2 pieces whole grain bread

100  3/4 c. cottage cheese

80   fruit of your choice

120  veggie burger (check label when buying)

170  pita bread

15  salad greens

80   salad dressing  tbsp 2

12  juice of one lemon
