  • 1 cup of oatmeal porridge made using water not milk
  • add 2 tbsp raisins
  • cinnamon
  • 6 oz. glass of low-fat or no fat milk

approx 300 calories



  • Veggie sandwich made with the following:
  • 1 kaiser bun
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 1 medium slice of Monterey jack cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 handful of alfalfa or other sprouts
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 1 glass or apple, orange or grape juice

about 440 calories



  • 1/2 a medium baked chicken breast with herbs (use your favorite)make sure you remove the skin
  • 3/4 cup of brown rice with a bit of soya sauce for flavor
  • 1 large mixed salad with colorful veggies of choice
  • 2 tbsp low-calorie dressing (not more than 80 calories)

coffee or herbal tea (use low-fat milk in coffee) about 400 calories


  • 3 saltine crackers with a little jam

about 100 calories
