This diet will make you look and feel good inside and out. You skin will literally shine after following this diet for a week.

Benefits of a 7 Day Juice Diet:

• juices quickly saturate your body with beneficial vitamins and minerals
• juices help to clean your intestines and detox the whole body
• juices give to your body strength and energy, make your skin softer and brighter, nails, hair and even the bones stand better
• the low content of calories in juices help to reduce weight
• fresh juices are very concentrated-they have a lot of useful vitamins and glucose (fruit juices), so you become more energetic.

Disadvantages of a 7 Day Juice Diet:

• you may feel fatigued
• in the first few days you may be to tired or drained to do your work or housework
• you may feel sleepy
• your appetite may be huge due to a lack of calories

7 Day Juice Diet Precautions:

The 7 day juice diet comes with a few warnings and cautions. Please heed these warnings before you decide to start the 7 day juice fast.

• not suitable for pregnant women, people with gastritis, urinary system diseases, diabetes, etc.
• this diet requires a lot of water because some concentrated juices can damage your tooth enamel, overload the stomach or erode the mucous membranes
• you should drink only fresh juices and nothing else, otherwise the diet will lose all usefulness
• you cannot use the juice diet for a long time as your body needs solid food.

Things You’ll Need or Need To Know:

Here are some things to know and also what things you need to do the 7 day juice diet.

• wash all veggies, greens and fruits
• you cannot eat meat, sweets and solid food a couple of days before the start of the diet
• a good juicer
• use 50% veggies and 50% fruits for juices, fruits have high sugar content so use more vegetables in your juices as too much sugar can stop weight loss
• add a few cubes of ice in the juice to make it refreshing
• patience in order to lose weight and start feeling good

A Few Things To Consider:

When starting the 7 day juice diet there are a few things to take into consideration in case you find yourself struggling on the diet.

• you can easily use your own ingredients for the juices, depending on the fruits and veggies you enjoy most
• you can give up the diet at any time
• if you feel faint, you can eat a piece of fruit, cereal or some solid food.

Day 1

Breakfast
1 cup water with lemon
1 «Summer» juice (1/2 cup watermelon, ½ cup lime, mint, ½ cup cubed pineapples, some ice and ½ cup strawberries)

2 Breakfast
1 «Energy» juice (1/2 cucumber, 1 apple, ½ cup cubed pineapples, parsley, ½ cup broccoli, ½ avocado + add some water)

Lunch
1 «Veggie» juice (1/2 cup kale, ½ cup celery, parsley, ½ cup spinach, ½ cup peeled lemon + water or ice)

2 Lunch
1 «Sweet love» juice (1 cup pears, 1 cup apples, 1 cup carrots, some water or ice)
Dinner
1 «Healthy» juice (1 cup lettuce, 1 cup tomatoes, 1 cup celery, parsley, basil, ½ carrots + add some water or ice

Day 2

Breakfast
1 cup water with mint
1 «Red-green» juice (1 cup strawberries, 1 cup raspberry, 1 cup red apples, 1/2 cup cucumbers, mint + some water)

2 Breakfast
1 «The good mood» juice (1/2 avocado, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful parsley, 1 green apple, ½ lemon + cubed ice)

Lunch
1 «Fall in love» juice (1/2 grapefruit, 1 medium orange, ¼ ginger root, 1 handful spinach, ½ cup celery, 1 pear, water or ice)

2 Lunch
1 «Stranger» juice (1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup bell pepper, 1 handful parsley, some basil, some garlic and some water)

Dinner
1 «Turbo slim» juice (1 cup kale, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup green apples, ½ cup cubed pineapples, ½ lemon + ice)

Breakfast
1 cup water with sliced ginger root
1 «Fruit cocktail» juice (1 cup apples, 1 cup pears, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup cubed bananas, 1/2 cup watermelon and cubed ice)

1 «Sporty» juice (2 cups cucumbers, 1 handful spinach, 1 handful parsley, 1 cup carrots, 1 tsp chopped garlic, some chili pepper + water or ice)

Lunch

1 «Spicy» juice (1 cup bell pepper, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 cups tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped garlic)

1 «Kids» juice (2 large carrots, 2 large red apples, 2 large bananas, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, some water or ice)

1 «Greens» juice (1/2 pack mixed greens, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 handful lettuce, 1 cup celery, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup kale, 1 handful watercress + water)

Dinner
1 «Super tasty» juice (1 grapefruit, 1 tsp chopped ginger root, 2 cups spinach, 2 large pears, 1 medium apple)

Day 5

Breakfast

A 7 day juice fast shopping list looks pretty long, but you can decide on the fruits and veggies you want to juice if necessary to save money. A good way to cut down on the amount to buy is to follow just 3 days and repeat the same 3 days for the entire 7 days of the diet.
